Terms of Service & Engagement

MERCHANT OF RECORD STATEMENT:
These Terms of Service govern your access to the Park Harvest Capital interface. Payment processing, billing, and license management are conducted by Inevitable Group LLC (Delaware), acting as the merchant of record for all client engagements.

1. Scope of Engagement

Park Harvest Capital ("The Firm") operates as a strategic governance consultancy. These Terms explicitly govern the Sovereign Mandate and Standard Access Protocols.

Note to Executive Client Group: Institutional engagements and bespoke advisory services are governed by separate Master Services Agreements (MSA) or private retainer contracts. The terms listed below apply exclusively to the licensing of the InevitableWealth Protocol, strategic governance templates , and educational content.

2. Intellectual Property License

Park Harvest Capital serves as the exclusive global administrator of the "InevitableWealth Protocol." All proprietary frameworks, risk algorithms, and governance templates are held by Inevitable Group LLC (Delaware) for asset protection and licensing administration.

Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to utilize these assets for personal governance. Unauthorized distribution constitutes a violation of international copyright law.

3. The Sovereign Guarantee & Refund Policy

A. Standard Access Protocols
We offer a 30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee for all standard license tiers. If the Protocol does not meet your requirements, you may request a termination of the license and a full refund within 30 days of the transaction date.

B. The Sovereign Mandate (Consulting Tier)
Due to the manual deployment of strategic resources, the Sovereign Mandate operates under specific vesting protocols:

Option 1: The Vesting Schedule
The initial deposit covers the immediate deployment of the Consulting Audit. This deposit is strictly non-refundable. The remaining balance vests according to the schedule outlined in your invoice. Clients may opt out at any time to waive future unpaid installments.
Option 2: Preferential Capital Rate
Clients electing a discounted single-payment option acknowledge that the fee is fully earned upon execution of the Mandate and is non-refundable in exchange for the preferential rate.

C. License Revocation
Upon any refund or early termination, your license to use the Park Harvest Capital templates is immediately revoked. You must destroy all downloaded copies of proprietary materials.

4. Limitation of Liability

By engaging with these protocols, you acknowledge that all financial decisions are made at your own discretion. Park Harvest Capital assumes no liability for market losses, business interruptions, or variances in portfolio performance.

5. Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
